Return Process

  Email our customer service team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the unopened shipping crate to initiate an RMA request.

  Approval & Documentation

  Once your request is vetted, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and the specific warehouse address for your return shipment.

  Secure Packaging

  Repack your item securely in its original discreet packaging to ensure it is protected during transit; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  Inspection & Refund

  Upon receipt, our quality control team will inspect the seals; once verified as unused, a refund will be processed to your original payment method minus any restocking fees.
